107 minutes, but all in before your second morning coffee
There are very few things more depressing than morning news shows. Being fired maybe. Or spilling hot coffee in someone's lap. Or catching an infectious disease like rabies... but even then, it's not quite on a par.... maybe being fired over spilling hot coffee in someone's lap and catching rabies on your walk home.... But none of this is as improbable as someone getting up one day and thinking the world needed morning news shows.
Of course, there's a slight chance "Morning Glory" may change your mind about morning news, and you wouldn't be so wrong !

You have to salute when a movie crew is not afraid to take a stand. Even if that stand is against a mistreated and powerless minority, namely, abused children.

Yes… It's possible. Maybe there is one brain cell left in Hollywood. And that brain cell is making animation films.

It's been a while since I was so emotionally affected by a movie, especially with all the crap that's been coming out lately.

Note that Phillip is here written with two Ls, so this movie should not be mistaken for the documentary glorifying the largest and most powerful tobacco company in the world that should come out around December 2011 (I can only guess). I can hardly wait until then, but in the meantime, let's focus on this fantastic comedy starring Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor.

Sure I'd like to watch something else if I could, but no there's nothing more remotely tempting at a convenient nearby venue, so yes, let's settle on the latest Tom Cruise, plus it's close to the pizzeria and there's a lot of parking space near the mall and I might swing by the nearest FNAC and check out those e-book reader tablets...

Before last night, I was ready to defend Ricky Gervais with one line only "Come on guys! The guy co-wrote The Office". Now, I have serious doubts that he did.

Being a successful politician is like being a skillful garbage-man, both are as essential to our modern way of life, yet nobody has a clue how much sacrifice it takes and they couldn't care less.
